The Two Major Things to Stay Healthy

There are two things we need to concentrate on in order to be healthy: We need to make sure our body gets enough nutrients, and we need to make sure its detoxification system is working properly so that we can keep toxins out of it. Let’s talk about each of these separately.

 

How do we ensure that our body is getting enough nutrients? Even though the answer is obvious, many of us are not actually getting enough nutrients into their cells. Why is that? The cause is two-fold. One, most of the foods and beverages we ingest are not real foods - they are mostly processed and high in sugar; or, if they are “real food”, they are genetically modified, or laden with pesticides, or come from animals that were not properly raised, and therefore are sick. How can we be healthy consuming products from sick animals to which are given antibiotics in order to hope they are somewhat healthy? Another thing is that the supplements we take are poorly designed and so they are not truly reaching our cells, and therefore the nutrients just get excreted when we go to the bathroom. They are not effectively doing their job, in other words. 

 

Have you noticed that those that die with cancer actually have written on their death certificate that they were nutrient-deficient? Interesting, isn’t it? That should send the signal that we need to make sure our body is getting enough nutrients into it, and if it’s not…. change our ways so that it does. 

 

The second thing we need to do to ensure we are healthy is to make sure our body is not filled with toxins, and that the detoxification system, which God set up in our bodies from the beginning, is working effectively. First off, we need to evaluate and make sure that we read the ingredients of absolutely everything we put into and on our bodies, this includes vaccines that are injected into our blood stream from day 1 of our lives, the pharmaceutical drugs we take on a regular basis (or once in a while, when we feel sick), as well as the personal use products (like hair care, skin care and oral care products) and the products we use to clean every room in our home, wash our clothes and clean our dishes. 

 

Take time to evaluate the foods and beverages you consume, as well as the supplements you are currently taking. Are you eating a diet high in raw organic fruits and veggies? If you consume animal products, do they come from healthy, properly raised animals? If you choose to drink milk, is it raw? (This is the only milk that is actually nutritious). Make sure your supplementation is also excellent to help close the gap your nutrition is leaving behind; none of us will ever eat 100% nutritiously all the time! 

 

Take time also to evaluate the products you are currently using. Check the ingredients in your shampoos, conditioners, lotions, face care products, deodorant, mouthwash, toothpaste, etc. Check also the ingredients in your laundry soap, dish soap, and all the cleaning products that you use to clean every room in your home. Are they enhancing your health, or are they slowly killing you? Evaluate also the drugs you are using. Research the ingredients in vaccines and all pharmaceutical drugs (over the counter and prescription, including antibiotics), and weigh the risks and benefits of using them. Are these products truly enhancing your health? There is no doubt that modern medicine has it’s good points - definitely use it in emergency situations! - but it was never intended to be used on a regular basis. Just look around you….. Even though we are living longer, are we truly healthier? I think you will find that this is not the case…. We are covering up symptoms and “managing the disease”, but only healthy lifestyle habits ensure that we are getting enough nutrients into our cells and that our body is properly detoxifying will help us get and stay healthy until the day we leave this earth.
