Kiwi-Pineapple Drink Recipe

I love making and drinking my kiwi-pineapple drink at any time of the day... It's so delicious and refreshing! And no sugar added! I drink it after exercising, as well as anytime I feel like I want something other than just water. (I hardly ever drink store-bought juice anymore, by the way) In this post I am going to give you the recipe and hope you enjoy it just as much as I do. 



Blend all these ingredients together, and don't skip any of them:

- 6 oz filtered water, preferably cold

- 1 egg

- One Kiwi (peeled)

- A few frozen pineapple tidbits (I get mine at Trader Joe's)

- The powder of one capsule of Multigreens

- 1/2 tsp of Sulfurzyme

- 2 drops of Young Living Lime essential oil
