The third thing we learn about the scout leaders is that they are HELPFUL. As exemplary leaders in the network marketing industry, we must also be helpful to others in any way we can.
Being helpful means we are constantly on the lookout to see where we can lend a helping hand, regardless of where we are and who is watching us. It's not
about getting a pat on the shoulder for a job well done, or being recognized publically for being willing to help out. It's about knowing in our heart that we have helped someone in need; sometimes they will thank us for it, and sometimes our help will go
unnoticed and unappreciated, and we must be okay with that too. Always being recognized for our helpfulness sets a sense of arrogance in us, and that is not a good quality for an exemplary leader to exhibit.
So, be helpful anywhere you can at anytime, regardless of who is watching you! Whether you are being paid to be helpful, or you simply volunteer your time, always have a cheerful attitude knowing that you are
being an exemplary leader by doing this because "AN EXEMPLARY LEADER IS HELPFUL".
