In Christ, we can experience TRUE freedom, if we accept the lifestyle He offers us. For the past few years, God has been teaching me what this lifestyle includes and what benefits it offers. The majority with whom I share this,
don't understand it, but today I remembered a Bible verse in John that says "The light came into the world, but the darkness could not understand it". Meaning, even Jesus Himself, the light of the world, left all His glory to offer us a better lifestyle filled
with peace and joy in the midst of all the wars, confusion and deception, but the majority of people did not understand His message. However, this did not stop Him from sharing it with those who did want to listen to Him. And so, I share this message
with those who do want to listen; I can't force anyone to accept, including my kids, husband or friends. Those who choose to accept this lifestyle will experience a life filled with peace and be able to enjoy every day to the max, helping others in
whatever way God has called them to do so.
1. Unschooling for kids.
What I like the least
about the current schooling system is that it creates an environment where kids are told what to learn and when to learn it. The kids that are not interested in the subject turn off their ears and their mind and then do poorly on their test scores.
This creates frustration for everyone - the student who gets a bad grade, the teacher who doesn't understand why the kid doesn't want to listen and learn, and the parents who want their kid to get good grades in school, since this supposedly will lead to a
In the unschooling system, kids learn what they want, when they desire to do so. They constantly are asking questions and looking for answers. This is the best way to learn! I know that for me,
when I desire to learn about a certain subject, my mind simply opens up and I can't get enough information poured into it. It's so amazing! I am able to actually retain this information too, which is very important in the learning process. This is the main
reason I love the unschooling schooling system so much.
2. Network Marketing Profession
We are taught
that going to school - elementary, highschool, college and maybe even postgraduate work - is what leads to great jobs and careers. However, the majority of people are constantly saying that they work to pay the bills and that they can't wait until they retire
so that they can truly enjoy life. Meanwhile, life passes them by and their health deteriorates slowly and they end up having to go to the doctor's office most of the time during their retirement years, thereby not being able to truly enjoy life as they envisioned
doing so while working long hours to pay the bills. This lifestyle, to me, is not a lifestyle of freedom, but rather one of captivity.
On the other hand, when decide to become a network marketing professional, we can start our own business
when we are 18 and help others on many levels. As with any profession, we need to learn, but there are no student loans we need to take out to pay for our education, plus we can learn in whatever way we prefer (books, seminars, conferences,
webinars, other people who are experts, etc). As with any business, we need to steadily work at it so it can grow strong, but there are no loans we need to take out to start this business and there are no huge monthly expenses.
When we choose to be unschooled when we are young, and choose to become network marketing professionals when we get older, we can live freely. We can enjoy every single day of our life as we desire to do so. As we help others understand
this lifestyle of freedom, these people will team up with us and we can together enjoy the life of freedom that God has intended for us all along.
Many people are living this amazing life - will you embrace it? Yes,
it's the road less traveled, and yes, you will get ridiculed, but in my mind the journey is well worth it since this life of freedom brings us so much peace, especially when we start traveling the road with those that have chosen this same lifestyle.
May God's Peace Be With You Always
